REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At EverCalm Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We may offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

β€’ You received the incorrect product
β€’ Your item arrived defective

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

β€’ Opened supplement products
β€’ Used wellness products
β€’ Clearance or final sale items
β€’ Products damaged due to misuse

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within approximately 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
